Misophonia - Trial One - Magnesium and Vitamin B

I have been reading on the forums I shared in my last post and also on Misophonia associated websites. I have found that everyone recommends different tactics, recommendations and dos and don't when it comes to figuring out a way for the level of Misophonia to go down. I have seen a few posts about Magnesium that it helps, after seeing this I asked in forums however I got a lot of response saying that it didn't change anything for them personally - but how I see it, a lot of people have tried it so I decided to look in to it. Magnesium supplement tablets - Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Worth a go in my opinion! I also found someone recommending Vitamin B, this is the Vitamin which covers meat, fish, eggs, nuts etc. I am a vegetarian - my boyfriend actually asked me if I had Misophonia before I became a vegetarian, unfortunately I have been a vegetarian for aro
